  • Cases of COVID-19 in Elkhart County continue to appear, with 48 new cases (tying the daily high) reported on Tuesday. Please check out the information how to slow the spread to protect yourself and others!

  • New Goshen Sports podcast! Check out the latest on racing, the first sport to restart since the quarantine.
 
  • The City of Elkhart is seeking nominees for COVID-19 service awards! Nominations are for City of Elkhart residents who have freely given their time to help an organization, community, or individual. Nominations can be made through the MyElkhart311 app.  
 
  • Webinar on Thursday, May 21 from 3 - 4 pm to cover the latest SBA updated guidance on the PPP Loan Forgiveness Program. More details here. 
 
  • To vote by absentee ballot (or mail-in ballot) for the June 2 primary election, an absentee ballot application must be received no later than May 21st. The absentee ballot application can be found here.
 
  • 400 free food boxes (50 available for walkups and 350 for cars) will be distributed from 4-6 pm on Friday, May 22nd @ North Side Middle School (300 Lawrence Street, Elkhart). Elkhart Police Department will be distributing vouchers (one per car) and food will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. 
 
  • Additional food distribution by Food Bank of Northern Indiana on Thursday, May 28 from 10 a.m. – Noon EDT at Bristol Elementary School (705 Indiana Street, Bristol, IN 46507).
